You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you're legally able to enter into these terms.
Character submissions (name, lore, image) are reviewed automatically and must not contain sexual content, gratuitous gore, hateful or discriminatory content, or content promoting real-world illegal acts. We may reject, remove, or ban accounts that violate this or attempt to abuse the platform (including creating multiple accounts to circumvent entry limits or manipulate tournament outcomes).
Arc Tokens are a virtual in-app currency purchased via Stripe Checkout. Tokens have no cash value and are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated. Tokens may be used for character slots, league entry, and other features described in the app. We reserve the right to adjust token pricing or costs for future purchases and actions at any time.
Some leagues award a real-money prize pool to their champion. Entry into and payout from these leagues is governed by our Official Rules, which take precedence over this section for anything they specifically address.
You retain ownership of the character names, lore, and images you submit. By submitting them, you grant Tournament Arc a license to display, reproduce, and use them within the app (including in AI-generated battle narratives, share images, and promotional material) for as long as your character exists on the platform.
Battle narratives, league flavor text, and league artwork are generated by third-party AI models based on your submissions. This content is provided for entertainment purposes and may be imperfect, repetitive, or occasionally inconsistent with a character's submitted lore.
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms. You may stop using the app and delete your characters at any time.
Tournament Arcis provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tournament Arc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
