Privacy Policy

Information we collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address, a display name, and a password (stored securely by our authentication provider, never in plain text). When you create a character, we collect the name, lore, and image you submit. If you purchase Arc Tokens or receive a prize payout, payment details are collected and processed directly by Stripe — Tournament Arc never receives or stores your full card number or bank account details.

How we use it

Your character submissions (name, lore, image) are sent to Anthropic and OpenAI to generate battle narratives, moderate content, and produce league artwork. Your email may be used to send account, league, and prize-related notifications, and — if a critical outage occurs — administrative alerts. We do not sell your personal information.

Third parties we share data with

• Supabase — account data, character/league data, file storage
• Stripe — token purchases and prize payouts (Stripe Connect)
• Anthropic and OpenAI — character validation, battle narration, image generation
• Resend — administrative outage-alert emails

Cookies and sessions

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies beyond what a configured ad network (if enabled) independently sets.

Your rights

You can update your display name, email, and password from Settings at any time, and delete any character you own. To request a full account deletion or a copy of your data, contact us at the address below.

Children's privacy

Tournament Arc is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date this page was last revised.
